"You
must remember this ..."
I've lived in Dallas all my life and made a hobby of B&E on old
abandoned buildings when I was younger. (Without damaging them,
of course)
My favorite is an area of downtown that parallels Griffin street.
Apparently, there were underground railroad tracks that ran from
Union Station all the way to the old Neuhoff plant, where the new
American Airlines complex sits. Anyhow, many of the older buildings
were connected by a huge, underground tunnel that was split up over
the years when owners would wall off their section and use them
as basements. .....
I'd like to visit some of the places you show on your site. I love
all the old forgotten history. ..... - Barry Kooda, May 10, 2002
