While little
historical information is available for the community of Ash Creek,
what is known comes from this postal cover from the John
Germann Collection.
While there was a community near here at one time only the creek (after
which the community was named) is left.
The creek runs from just NW of Bynum
twenty miles to its mouth on Navarro Mills Reservoir (five miles south
of Irene). |
