Washington sits just outside of the gates of the Star of the Republic Museum/ Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park and Barrington Living History Farm

As a town, Washington is mostly forgotten - except by it's citizens.

The town is a short row of buildings along a curve in the road with a cemetery nearby.
