take some raisins
then sit on a rock and
let the woods take away your worries
let troubles roll off your shoulders
let time slip away
become one
with the trees
with the stone
with the very earth
the woods heal
and rejuvenate
as the breeze blows
as clouds drift
as silence surrounds
as you become healed by
a place in the woods.
