we recommend taking a nap
once every two hours
naps refresh you
and keep you safe
if you're sleeping
you can't get into trouble
most seniors wear out around noon
but with our sleep plan
you will be able to make it to 1pm
eat and then take another nap
double up on your naps if you can
sleep in your chair
on the couch
on the floor
if cats can do it
so can you
being awake
is what wears you out
sleep more often
and you won't be tired out all the time
just make sure you are at home
and not on the freeway.
