We
honor those who gave their all
who left their blood on foreign soil
Whose names on stones are sadly scrawled
their shattered lives are now recalled
A lock of hair,a hurried card
a medal won in time of war
all that is left, still is preserved
in memory of those who served
Would we be standing here today
without the sacrifices that they made
row upon row, their bodies lay
oh what a bloody price was paid
We must take pause, humbly reflect
on those to who this day is kept
they
earned our love, lasting respect
En Memorium, let us never forget.
