The Ocean Is Dying

The ocean is broken
our beautiful sea,
is littered with plastic
filled up with debris

The ocean is silent
no sounds emanate,
birds are not flying
no fish congregate

Our ocean is dying
to blame we confess,
man's lack of real caring
has led to slow death

The sad ocean's crying
until and unless,
we care to save it
we should just save our breath.
