SOMEBODY

I was just a nobody
when miraculously somebody
came along
and made my nobody
into somebody
now the nobody I was
is the somebody I became
and it all began
when a nobody from nowhere
found himself in somebody's love
in that certain someone
I discovered a love that
changed me forever
and made me into somebody
unrecognizable to the nobody I was
know also that somewhere
there is somebody
just waiting for you to become
somebody also
so seek out that somebody
and begin being someone
because when somebody
loves you
nobody can hurt you
and there is no greater joy
than being somebody to someone
a truth that is as universal
as the moon and stars
you are nobody
until somebody
loves you.
