in fact
that we are going
to put you on hold
for 20 minutes
while we eat breakfast
do a load of laundry
and tidy up
around the house
in the meantime
listen to this nice music
and this recording that
repeats itself
over and over
and over
please
do not put us on speaker
as it interferes with our eating
and besides
we have things to do
if you hear laughter
in the background
it is us
kidding each other about
how many people we have on hold
