Canadian River Bridge

"This Canadian River Bridge is the one with my video on YouTube.

This 1926 bridge has thirty pony sections end-to-end making it almost 2,500 feet long. At this point, the Canadian is very, very wide but not too deep.

As the bridge has only one narrow lane and is so-o-o long, one can't see the other end if there is someone coming the other way when you enter. There has to have been many occasions where two travelers could be on the bridge where both vehicles were towing stock trailers or such. Can you imagine backing a stock trailer on this narrow bridge for even 100 feet? There is certainly no turn around point at mid-span." - Barclay Gibson
