My Grandfather,
Grady Cribbs, worked for the Texas Highway Department in 1940 according
to the Rusk, Texas
1940 census. He is the only man I can identify in these pictures.
It appears that he liked to wear his hat cocked to one side.
In 1940 - Grady was friends with the Smith's and the Lowry's. They
also worked for the Texas Highway Department in 1940 and may be in
these photos as well.
