Since
1932, tours of this unique cave structure on the Guadalupe
River have been given to the public. The cave is well-lit and
easily navigated, and has large caverns and natural pools, including
a 90-foot underground waterfall. The pool levels fluctuate with rainfall
and may be dry during periods of drought. One-hour guided tours are
offered every thirty minutes. Although you cannot swim in the underground
pools, the resort has a man-made swimming pool. It also has a dance
pavilion and camping facilities. |
