Thompson Drive west of Sidney Baker South in Kerrville
Louise
Hays Park is a lovely little spot in the heart of downtown Kerrville.
The Guadalupe River flows through
the park and has been dammed to form a natural swimming pool. The
river bottom is rocky. Sloping, grassy banks are dotted with picnic
tables, gazebos, and swans. A footbridge offers access to Tranquility
Island where you can swim and picnic under tall cypress trees. |
